Concert for Remembrance Day

Sospiri are performing a concert for Remembrance Day, and  celebrating the release of their new CD Requiem, on The Gift of Music label.  The concert is at the church of St Mary Magdalen in central Oxford at 8pm on Saturday, 13 November. It will feature many of the works from the new CD, including five of John Duggan’s settings of World War I poems alongside pieces by Victoria, Arvo Pärt, Kuhnau and Douglas Guest.
